UCaaS for restaurants & food service

Great service starts before the first bite.

Connect table enquiries, order conversations and guest care across your restaurant or café. Give reservations, branch teams and delivery coordinators one place to respond, check the details and follow through.

Keep the appointment and any follow-up in the calendar after the team confirms the arrangements.

The conversation behind the order

A small change should reach the right branch.

Keep the order reference with the conversation. Labels, assignment and internal notes help the branch check a change without asking the guest to start again.

BRANCH REVIEW

Check before promising.

The order coordinator checks the confirmed preparation arrangements in the order system.

REPLY & FOLLOW-UP

The agreed detail stays in view.

Reply to the guest and record the outcome for the next colleague.

Guests choose where to ask

Your reply belongs with the conversation.

A website visitor asks about a table. A café follower asks about a branch. Connect supported channels so the team can respond and keep the context in UCaaS.

A guest you recognise

Remember the conversation, not just the number.

Customer 360 and interaction history bring relevant contact details, past exchanges and internal notes together. Your next reply can build on what the guest has already shared.

UCaaS connects the conversation

Share supported status updates and invoice details through the agreed integration, with ownership and guest follow-up.

Review the communication behind service

Know where the next improvement belongs.

Use the enabled communication reports to review the selected period, team or channel. Keep guest-service measures distinct from POS revenue, kitchen performance and delivery-system metrics.

DURING THE SERVICE WINDOW

Where do calls need attention?

Review call activity, queues and outcomes in the enabled reports.

AFTER THE FOLLOW-UP

What did the guest experience?

Review ticket follow-up, SLA and available CSAT results.

Before your first service window

Questions from restaurant and café teams.

Plan the communication setup around your branches, guests and existing systems.

How do we organise restaurant enquiries?

Connect restaurant enquiries, customer details and follow-up with a clear owner for each request.

Can we support more than one branch?

Configure branch details, teams, routing rules and permissions for communication. Multi-store POS synchronisation is a separate integration requirement that must be assessed; it is not implied by communication routing.

Can guests receive order updates through Foodics?

Coordinate order-status updates and receipt references through your Foodics connection and business communication channels.

How do Saudi calling and subscription costs work?

Choose the UCaaS subscription and required services. Saudi numbers, calling capacity, messaging, AI usage and integrations are assessed for the setup. WhatsApp Business Calling is not offered for Saudi business numbers; Saudi telephone calling uses the voice channel.

Give every guest a clearer next step.

Tell us how your restaurant, café or catering team handles enquiries today. We’ll shape channels, branch ownership and follow-up around your service.
