Before you organise the next appointment.

Is this just scheduled message sending?

No. Calendar manages appointments, their details, linked contacts and status. Campaign scheduling controls when campaign messages or calls are sent.

Which calendar views are available?

The current interface includes Month, Week, Day and Agenda, with date, name and status filters.

Can I connect Google and Outlook?

Sync Settings provides connections for Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar. Two-way event and contact sync requires account authorisation and the configured integration. It does not include email sync.

How do we keep appointment details clear?

Create each appointment with its date, time, contact and purpose, then keep its updates connected to the conversation.

How do we organise appointment reminders?

Coordinate appointment reminders through your communication workflows, with a clear recipient, message and sending time.

Does it include booking links or video meetings?

Public booking links and automatic video meeting link creation are not presented as core calendar capabilities. Confirm any additional integration separately.

Make the next appointment easier to follow through.
